The Policy constitutes our commitment to the privacy of personal/corporate data on all our administrative records, websites, recruitment, professionals, clients, potential clients, individuals who engage all our database applications, services, tools, and physical contact with us and other social media platforms, premises and locations of operation in line with our commitment to complying to relevant regulatory requirement and our implemented ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

2.0. Consent / Acceptance of Terms

  9. 0 Breach / Privacy Violation
    In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data, we shall within 72 (Seventy-Two) hours of having knowledge of such breach report the details of the breach to NITDA. Also, where we ascertain that such breach is detrimental to your rights and freedoms, we shall take reasonable steps to inform you of the breach incident and any course of action to remedy said breach.
